I first encountered Japanese tea when I worked at a store specializing in black tea that handled over 440 different types of tea. There, captivated by its depth, I decided to develop new types of tea based upon Japanese tea, and constant refinement finally enabled me to arrive at a new type of product – flavored Japanese tea.
